This spell is used by those with few moral compunctions about the taking of life and a great deal of interest in restoring power to a power nexus. This spell culminates with the ritual killing of a single intelligent creature (Int 3 or higher), slain within the power nexus. This boosts the power nexus’s recovery rate for the duration of the spell by one point per HD of the sacrificial victim for the duration of the spell.
